What is the rental fee and what does it include?

Please see the details found here for complete pricing and all included items. Note that all tables and white chairs are included in the base price of our wedding rentals , as well as all outside bench seating . Tables include 1 farmhouse table ,four -60" round tables, twelve- 8' rectangular  tables and six 2'-bar height cocktail tables.  Our standard party rentals are set for 64 seated guests. They include four- 60" round tables, one- farm table and nine- 8' rectangular tables. We also provide coolers and a blue-tooth speaker with microphone.  

Can I book a party/shower on a Saturday ?

We do allow non-wedding events on Saturdays once we are within two months of the date.  Otherwise, we reserve our Saturday dates for weddings only.  You can book a Sunday anytime! 

Can I book a tour ?

We do schedule tours for weddings.  We also host open houses each month for anyone that wants to see the venue?  You can also watch the video tour anytime here !

What is the capacity for the venue?

We can seat about 100 people.

Is there a deposit?  When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes.  For weddings, the initial payment of $1000 is due at the time of booking.  This is not a deposit.  It is your first payment.  The second payment is due 180 days before your event.  The final payment is due 30 days prior to the event.  The final payment includes a $500 refundable damage deposit.  Our non-wedding events are paid in full at the time of booking and include a $50.00 damage deposit. 

What is the time frame of the rental period?

Wedding can be for one day or for the weekend.  Your timeframe will depend on the package you chose and what your agreement says. . All events must end by 11PM with an exit time of 12AM. Our standard party and shower rentals are scheduled any 4 hours between Noon and 6PM.  All reservations are inclusive of set-up and clean-up . 

How do I reserve a date or check availability ?

All of our bookings are completed online.  We do not have the ability to reserve dates over the phone.  Please complete our inquiry form on our main page of our website.  

How many cars can we park ?

We can park about 75 cars.

Can we hang decorations from the wall or ceiling ?

Decorations are allowed , but no nails, tacks or tape can be used.  Command strips are the only things that can be stuck to the walls. 

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes. You can serve your own alcohol, but you are required to follow the rules in your contract and purchase event insurance. You can buy the insurance anywhere you like, but here is the provider we recommend 

Do you provide staff for our event  ?

We are an un-staffed venue.  You are renting the space only.  We will provide access details so you can let yourself into the venue. You are responsible for clean-up based on the terms of your contract.
